Bio – Charlie Rondot

Charlie Rondot hails from Canada and has resided in Puerto Vallarta for sixteen years. During this time, he has held positions in timeshare sales and resort hotel management as food and beverage manager. This experience as allowed him to meet a large cross-section of visitors and residents of Puerto Vallarta and gain valuable insights as to their wishes and desires.

Charlie has been a member of the COLDWELL BANKER La Costa Realty team as a real estate advisor for over six years. As a consistent award winner of Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society in Mexico, Charlie is well qualified to serve all of your real estate needs. Having grown up in a bilingual English / French environment and then learning Spanish, he can also offer you service in these three languages!

Donna Davies came to Puerto Vallarta from Southern California with a background in administration and underwriting insurance in the auto industry.

2003 brought Ms. Davies to the Coldwell Banker Team. Her specialty is in the high demand south side of Puerto Vallarta.

Donna has always had a taste for foreign travel and in her youth spent summers in Europe. Through the years she traveled to Greece, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Holland, Tahiti, the Caribbean and all over Mexico.

Donna spends her spare time in extremes – total leisure or thrill seeking. Donna has been a sky diver, deep sea diver and a water and snow skier but mainly she prefer to relax with books, films and music or to dine with friends.

Davenport is a former licensed real estate broker from Texas beginning a career in real estate investments in 1981.  She is a graduate from Dallas Baptist University and holds a Bachelor in Business Studies- Finance, and a Masters in Business Administration-International Business degrees.

In 2005, she relocated to Puerto Vallarta to extend her business portfolio. Attracting investors to projects expanding from $5 to $50 Million USD.  Through strategic business relations, the opportunities are presented within a challenging market, and she is here to services your business investments. 

Larry Clrak has been in Puerto Vallarta over 26 years where he married Maria Paz Tirado, 23 years ago when she was Manager of Hotel Meza del Mar.

 

Larry Owned Millenniun Vallarta Real Estate and Larry Mar Rentals and sold 2 years ago.

 

He has now joined Coldwell Banker Real Estate, heading the new Fly & Buy Program to bring clients to Puerto Vallarta and the Bay of Banderas.
